I’ve been trying to explain Emotional Surfing for a while now, and the truth is, it makes more sense when you can experience it for yourself.
So I created a free interactive introduction.
It takes you through one real moment, not the biggest thing you are carrying, but something you have enough room to look at.
You will notice what is moving in your body, listen for what the emotion may be telling you, look at what it wants you to do, and choose one move that fits the capacity you have right now.
This is for those moments when you understand your patterns and still get pulled into them.
You are not trying to fix yourself or become less emotional. You are learning how to stay with what is moving long enough to read it before it makes the next decision for you.
The message may be real. The method may be old.
This is one small turn through the Emotional Surfing framework.
Name it. Read it. Choose one move.
