Time for some Real Talk.
I know I posted the commission changes last night, so I hope you all had a chance to feel your feelings, maybe have a little cry about it, vent to your husband, your friend, your dog… whatever you needed to do. And now- we move on. Because naturally, I’ve spent the last 24+ hours doing what I always do when something like this happens… I went down the rabbit hole. I watched a ton of videos, listened to other creators (including a lot of the ones we all follow), and really thought long and hard about what this actually means for us moving forward. And here’s where I’ve landed… I still do NOT think this is the end of the Amazon Influencer Program. Not even close. Yes- on-site commissions got cut. And yes, that sucks. I’m not going to sugar-coat that. But when you actually zoom out and look at the numbers, we’re really talking about a 1–2% difference. That’s it. Onsite commission percentages were never very high. And if you’ve been around long enough, you know this isn’t the first time. A few years ago, commissions were sitting around 4–8%. Then they dropped to 2–4% and guess what- people continued to make really good $$. Now we’re sitting around 0.5–3%. So yes- it’s lower. But this isn’t some shocking, apocalyptic collapse. And what this really does is force us to get more intentional. If we’re being honest, there was a period of time where people were making money a little too easily—on products they didn’t own, content they didn’t really create , and just low-effort uploads. Which sucks in the short term for those of us who have been authentically growing while also reaping the benefits but it also creates more space for people who are actually willing to do this properly. That’s us and really- everything we’ve been doing in this group was already building toward this. More focus on product research. More focus on choosing the right products. Leaning into Creator Connections. And not relying on just one stream of income. If you’ve been here since January and actually following the weekly challenge, you know this was structured intentionally and the goal has always been multiple income streams from 1 video.

Before You Panic About the Amazon Changes- Read This
Alright, I feel like I have been quiet lately (I just got a new litter of foster kittens 😍) during all the emails from Amazon and I wanted to jump in here and talk about the recent Amazon changes- because I know a lot of you are feeling it and truth be told- so am I. I won't pretend to have all the answers but I have had some time to think about it a reflect and here are my thoughts. Yes… they are making things harder, but also-let’s be honest-they’re making things fairer. Amazon is shifting away from paying people for content they didn’t create, products they don’t own, or sales they didn’t actually influence, and while that does reduce some of the easy money that existed before… it also removes a lot of the noise. Less spam. Less AI junk. Less people gaming the system. And that creates more space for people who are actually putting in real effort and building this properly. I know it feels detrimental in the moment, especially as early Influencers but I don’t think this is the end of the Amazon Influencer Program. I think it’s the beginning of a cleaner, more competitive version of it, combined with a shift Amazon is forcing- onsite reviews was never meant to be a stand alone earning opportunity. It was create as an incentive and reward if you will for influencers for driving traffic to Amazon and rightfully so, Amazon is bringing it back to it's origin and it wants offsite contributions. Here’s the part that really matters though… What we’re doing in this group has NEVER been about relying on one stream of income or onsite reviews alone. We’ve been building:→ Multiple income streams from one video→ On-site + off-site strategies→ and transferable skills (content, conversion, product research) So even if commissions shift… Even if things slow down temporarily… even if they lower onsite commissions- You are NOT starting from scratch. Now- real talk. I’ve felt a bit disheartened the last few days too. I’ve put a lot into this group, and I care about you guys getting results. But I don’t believe any of this has been a waste of time. Not even close.

Real talk for a sec
I want to have a really honest moment with you guys for a second. Lately, Amazon has been… frustrating. And if I’m being real, even I’ve had moments where I’ve questioned things a bit. Not because this doesn’t work- because I have been down this rabbit hole several times- but because it just feels so unpredictable right now, and that can mess with your head, especially if you’re newer. But behind the scenes, I’ve been deep in the back end of this group, organizing things, working on better practice tutorials and watching interviews with people who are still doing really well with the Amazon Influencer Program (yes- i do watch them all before I post them!) some for years, some for less than a year. And there’s a pattern I can’t ignore: 👉 Every single one of them has tried multiple side hustles 👉 Every single one of them said Amazon is one of the simplest and most effective 👉 And most importantly they agree- it works if you work it But here’s the other truth: Amazon is ALWAYS changing. There have been multiple times over the past few years where people said “it’s dead”… and every single time, the people who stayed consistent are the ones who came out ahead. I myself have pivoted more than once because a) shiny syndrome b)the lack of control c)the unpredictability but every single time I come back to Amazon- not because it's some amazing business model but because it is simple and it works. It fits my busy life style, it works well with my chaos and honestly I think it's really cool my mop earns me triple figures every month. So if things feel slow or discouraging right now, just know it doesn’t mean this is a waste of time. It just means we’re in one of those seasons where we have to adapt. And listen—this is important: It is not wrong to: • Take a short break • Shift your focus temporarily • Learn something additional like Pinterest • Repurpose your content • Explore other affiliate • Dive into UGC • Pause and focus on learning the extensions and other tools.

🚀 OFFICIAL LAUNCH: ROADMAP TO 1K REVIEWS- WEEK ONE
The 1K Reviews Roadmap (40 Weeks to November 1st) This is the official start. Despite honestly NOT feeling ready to launch this- I said I would and starting things before we feel ready is 1000% of the battle. So here is week one. This will also be going in a classroom you'll need to reference weekly but for this week- here's the full plan. This challenge will run for 40 weeks, with new guidance released every Sunday, all leading to one clear goal: 🎯 1,000 Amazon reviews by November 1st Not by grinding. Not by going viral. By a boring, repeatable system that compounds. This week is about habit-building, not strategy overload. Big Picture (What to Expect Going Forward) Over the next 40 weeks, you can expect: - Weekly focus posts (released Sundays) - Clear expectations instead of hype - Systems that work even on low-energy weeks - Momentum that builds quietly over time - ⚠️ Reminder: Paid tiers begin February 1st.Anyone who reaches Level 3 before then receives complimentary access to the full challenge + advanced material for 3 months. This week matters if you want that bonus. The Math (Your Personal Game Plan) This is the formula you’ll use daily so this never feels vague or intimidating. Step 1: Your numbers - Target: 1,000 reviews - Current review count: _____ - Reviews remaining:1,000 – current count = remaining reviews Step 2: Time left - Days until Nov 1: _____ Step 3: Daily target 👉 Reviews per day needed: remaining reviews ÷ days left = your daily number This number is yours — not mine, not someone else’s. You’ll include it in your daily check-in, even on zero days. Time Commitment: this is meant to fit into real life not stress you out. You can do: - 15–30 minutes per day OR - 2–4 hours per week (batching) - Or whatever works for you that week. Things will fluctuate and that's okay! Early on, this may take longer. That’s normal. You will get faster as: - confidence improves - decision-making improves - filming becomes automatic
The Long Game Always Wins Here 👀
Just suffering miserably while baking cupcakes with 3 kids under 10 (iykyk)… and my computer goes ca-ching! ca-ching! ca-ching! Just shipped over $2,000 in products on Amazon and made over $100. Gotta love this passive income 🥰 I don’t say that to gloat. I say it to encourage you to stick with it. I know firsthand how easy it is to get frustrated in the beginning. For the first year and a half, I did this very casually… and made a pretty casual income from it. It wasn’t until September 2025 that I decided to get serious. I invested in tools. I got organized. I started treating it like a business instead of a hobby. But here’s the part I think we don’t talk about enough… You have to respect the season of life you’re in. If you don’t need to make $5,000 a month from this right now, then don’t build it like you do. That matters. There is a huge difference between building with urgency and building with intention. If you push yourself like you’re in hustle mode when your reality is toddlers, homeschooling, exhaustion, or just wanting more peace… you’re going to burn out. And when people burn out, they don’t scale- they quit. It’s far better to move slower and stay consistent than to sprint for 6 weeks and jump ship because you’re fried. Full transparency- I haven’t uploaded a review since Tuesday 🫣 And that’s okay. That’s the beauty of this business. It’s more important to honor your energy, your mental load, and your peace than to stress over getting one more review up today. This was my Mother’s Day gift to myself in 2024. My youngest was just over a year old. I was deep in the trenches of motherhood. Baby brain is absolutely real. If your kids are under 2, you are not operating at full capacity- and that’s not a flaw. That’s biology. The number one goal here is yes- to build income. But to build it in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. Don’t compare yourself to someone posting 40 reviews a week if that doesn’t fit your life. We are all on completely individual paths here. There is no one right way to do this.
