and doable, something that fits into your real life. And one of the things that I noticed when, now that I've been in this a while helping people, is that there's a constant cycle.
I'll see it with clients that I'm not directly working with, but maybe in, you know, our groups and things on Facebook, and I'll see that people are really excited and say, I'm going raw, and then…
Something happens somewhere along the line where they feel like they're not raw, and they go, to eating…
a standard diet, or even maybe if they're still eating a lot of raw food, they turn around and say, you know, they feel like they've messed up, basically. And one of the things I want to instill in the group, in your mind, and I also had to really come to terms with this myself, is that
We can be… Raw vegan, and not every single thing that
goes into us is completely raw. What I mean is, you'll notice a lot of my material that I've changed to, say, raw-inspired, including my banner on YouTube. Raw-inspired, because I'm inspired by raw food.
I love raw food. I want as much raw food in me as I possibly can. What this also means, though, is if I have some steamed vegetables, or I can't find raw walnuts, for example.
One day, because maybe the avocados aren't soft, and I'm still hungry, personally, a lot of times, if I don't have some type of healthy fat during the day. So…
instead of going hungry, or saying, I just ruined my raw streak.
instead of looking at it like a streak of something usually means it's temporary, you know? So…
what I want you to do is really start to work on the mindset of maximizing the amount of fresh, whole, raw foods. You'll see I even shared something with the group, or the club.
earlier, I think this, this, was it Monday? I think it was Monday, and it was actually 10 ways that you can add raw food to cooked food. So if you're here as a complete beginner, it gives you some meal ideas that you can add fresh food on top, like chili, for example. You can add fresh
food, fresh vegetables on top of that. You can Use your,
cereal, for example, and add berries and bananas on it. That's another way to get in those, you know, fresh fruits.
You can also, like, dessert. I love having fruit for dessert. And then the one big thing I said was, have a really big filling salad before dinner. And when you do this, you're actually…
Even if you're not completely raw, you're still maximizing the benefits, and you want to have it before your meal, as much of it as you can, because then that actually helps fill you up in getting you nutrients during that fill-up.
And that way, when you do eat something else, maybe it's something that either does or doesn't align with a whole food, plant-based diet, you're going to likely crowd out the other item, because you're going to be filling up on your fresh nutrients, and then eventually, you might even want to start having that salad, just… you won't need anything else.
And, you know, those of you here, you know, but, in our resources section… actually, I wanted to talk about that. There's not really one place where you can find everything, I realize. So, I'm setting up a resource, essentially library where you can find the meal plans that I've put out, and then
Our group… our club member, Muriel, has, done so generously, put together,
all of the recipes, like, I'll see in her group,
from time to time, and with us, she'll share recipes, and I'm always asking her for a good dressing recipe, because I talk about salads, and my dressings are very simple. So, I want to put together something where you can find our salad meal plan, you know, my fruit and salad meal plan, and then she's put together all these recipes, so because I have a little bit of experience with

what I've done is taken all of her recipes, all of the photos, and with a little bit of collaboration and back and forth, I'm like, wait, is this the chia pudding? Is this this, or is this that? And, you know, we're… we're getting it straight, and got all the measurements, and so now I'm already… we're doing 20… it's ended up 23 recipes, with photos. It looks really good. That can help you with your mindset. It has all of them in one place. So, I'm just really excited. I have a welcome message that I created for the group. I'm just putting it together right now, because as you can hear, when I'm talking, kind of, as they say, off the cuff, there's a lot of likes and you nos, and it drives me crazy when I hear them, so I want to do that so that it'll be nice and, you know.
I just did it again. But anyway, the last thing I want to say is, that's my biggest takeaway for this
week, is I want you to practice on an abundance mindset of, I want to maximize my raw foods. I'm not starting raw, I'm not going raw, I am raw, and I put as many in. But don't also start over if you have cooked food, or you have a couple of days of cooked food, or a couple of months of cooked food. Just keep trying to put as many raw foods in, and that way you're figuring out what you like.
And when, like, for me, I find if I eat cooked food.
I don't feel as energetic during the day, so I never eat cooked food in the daytime. I always, if I have quinoa and beans, for example, I'll have it in the evening, always after my big, or in addition to, on top of, as you'll see, my big, raw salad. I just feel like now it's a thing for me, but it's also not a dogmatic thing, where I'm either raw or I'm not.
you are maximizing raw food. If you're here, that's what we're here to do, and that's gonna really help take you out of this cycle, and it may even cut down on cravings for cooked food, because you are allowing yourself flexibility. And so…

And it's not something where some people are saying, oh, you know, you have to be fully raw or not raw. I don't believe that, because there is no way to do that. So, in this world that we live in, honestly, I mean, you can, but, like, the whole thing with the walnuts, or nuts, right? So, they do…
