Start here. (Read this first)
Welcome to the Rebuild Club. You used to be an athlete. Then a career happened. This is where you get it back — structured training, a real scoreboard, and a room full of people doing the same thing around the same kind of schedule. Your first three moves: 1. Drop an intro below the intro post (what sport you played, what you're chasing). 2. Open the classroom and read START HERE — 20 minutes, sets up everything. 3. Run your baseline this week and post the numbers. Training paths open August 1. Until then: baseline, get moving with the Reset, and get to know the room. — Coach Ty

Introduce yourself: what did you play, and what do you miss most?
Two questions, everybody answers: 1. What sport(s) did you play, and when did you last compete? 2. What do you actually miss most — the fitness, the scoreboard, or the team? I'll start: multi-sport guy, and what I missed most was having a season — something with a date on it that made training mean something. That's half the reason this club exists. Your turn. 👇
