Start here. (Read this first)
Welcome to the Rebuild Club. You used to be an athlete. Then a career happened. This is where you get it back — structured training, a real scoreboard, and a room full of people doing the same thing around the same kind of schedule. Your first three moves: 1. Drop an intro below the intro post (what sport you played, what you're chasing). 2. Open the classroom and read START HERE — 20 minutes, sets up everything. 3. Run your baseline this week and post the numbers. Training paths open August 1. Until then: baseline, get moving with the Reset, and get to know the room. — Coach Ty

Week's in the books — what's the move this weekend?
Solid week of work in the Rebuild Club. Hard days were hard, easy days stayed easy, and that's really the whole game — most people blow up their training by making the easy days too hard, not by skipping the hard ones. I've got my long run this weekend as part of the half marathon build. Fitness is trending ahead of schedule right now, which is a good problem to have. Whatever you've got going on — a race on the calendar, a mile time you're chasing, or just getting back into a rhythm — this is your reminder to close the week strong instead of letting the weekend slide. Drop a comment: what's your weekend look like? Long run, lift, rest day you actually earned? Let's hear it.

August Baseline Mile — Get It In This Week
We're closing out August this week, which means it's time to lock in your baseline mile time. Here's why it matters: we retest in December. Same distance, same effort, no excuses. Whatever you run this week becomes the number you're chasing down over the next four months of programming — whether you're on Speed or Endurance. Haven't run yours yet? Get it in before the weekend. Doesn't need to be fancy — track, treadmill, flat road, whatever you've got. Just run it hard and be honest about the effort. Drop your time in the comments when you're done. I want to see where everyone's starting from. This is the whole point of the club — you show up, you test yourself, and in a few months you've got proof you're still an athlete. Happy to tweak the tone, length, or angle if this isn't quite right.

Project 95 — Week 4 Update
Quick update on where Project 95 stands. I'm about four weeks into the seven-week build toward a 1:35 half marathon. Right now my threshold pace is 6:57/mile at 183 bpm — basically the same as my half marathon goal pace. Every hard session this block is right at the edge, not padded. Here's what's surprised me: my watch has me projecting into the low 1:30s already, ahead of where I expected to be at this point. The hard part isn't adding more mileage. It's holding back on easy days so the hard ones actually count. That's the real shift. A few years ago I would've just pushed every run because I could. Now I trust the plan and back off when I'm supposed to. Drop a 🔥 if you know what it's like to hold back so the real work hits harder.

What's your win this week?
Quick one for you today. What's something you did this week — a run, a lift, a rep — that made you feel like an athlete again? Doesn't need to be a PR. Showing up on a day you didn't want to counts just as much. I'll start: Tuesday intervals for the half marathon build have been going better than expected — legs are coming around faster than the plan says they should. Drop yours below. We're still small here, so every reply gets read and actually answered, not lost in a feed. Curious what everyone's chasing right now, big or small.
