You used to be an athlete. Then a career happened. This is where you get it back — structured training, a real scoreboard, and a room full of people doing the same thing around the same kind of schedule.
Your first three moves:
1. Drop an intro below the intro post (what sport you played, what you're chasing).
2. Open the classroom and read START HERE — 20 minutes, sets up everything.
3. Run your baseline this week and post the numbers.
Training paths open August 1. Until then: baseline, get moving with the Reset, and get to know the room.
