Defensive Positions
These are the THREE body positions we get to on defense:
  1. Ready Position : the body position achieved before the ball is hit, in general, the closer the defender is to the hitter, the lower and wider they are.
  2. Fielding Position: the body position achieved when a defender is fielding/catching the ball, it is dependent on the type of ball hit, the position played , and the defensive situation.
  3. Throwing Position: the body position achieved when a defender is prepared to throw, this can also changed based on the position played and defensive situation.
