Here are the results of today session in a short PDF form.
You can see the image one the plastick push in connectors and the noise waveform with lower amplitude monopolar spike on the second image.
In
Image 3 shows the Drain, the Gate, and the Source of the MOSFET soldered together; image 4 reflects this with a higher spike, lower noise, and slightly higher frequency, which was expected because the parasitic inductance was lower and the frequency went up by about 15 kHz.
In image 5, you see a much higher frequency of 833KHz and a much cleaner waveform. This is because the feedback loop was removed, and a signal generator was used fo Frequency seep. (Positive to Gate and Negative to Source.
In the Last image, you can see the voltage and waveform between the Gate and the Source.
Almost burned out the MOSFET today, and it's the last one, but the new 20 pieces were purchased, including a heat sink, and TC4452 Gate Driver, which will increase the efficiency even further.
