Phi Ratio Cone & Flash Matrix — Field Structure Research Notes
All 3 devices Bashar is talking about are based on the Phi ratio.
However, the Cones are expresing the Phi ration as Irrotational Vortex and elongated, and the ratio is expresed axially as a frequency gradient covering 7 octaves, like the 7 chakras or 7 colors of the visible light or 7 musical tones.
The cones are fixed to SPACE. Meaning that the Distance of the field travel is constant, but the smaller diameter results in a higher frequency (undertones). Its in the same way as our Solar System circuit, but the orbits instead of 8 are hudreds and elongated as a conical structure.
(The same speed covering a smaller circumference results in a higher frequency or rpm.)
The Fibonacci Spirals from the other side are the opposite; they are flattened on the X (Time Axis) and represent a rotational vortex. Here teh Time is fixed but the velocity is variable, it is accelerating outward like in the fly wheel. This mean that The Space traveled is changing now and create velocity gradient radially.
Together, they cover the Primary Axis (X or as Bashar calls it T from Time) and the secondary axis Y and Z on the equatorial plane. Creating perpendicular interaction resulting in a spatial Phi ratio modulation from my perspective.

The big Space Time Antenna with the Stela Octangula and the Spheres expresses this Spatial Phi ratio between the spheres more clearly.
But from my research, there are multiple reasons to believe that the Flash Matrix Spirals are actually the Guts of the cones.
One more time: The cones have a fixed speed but different diameters, resulting in hundreds of frequencies reflecting each loop diameter and together covering 7 octaves. Speed traveled is fixed here, but frequency (TIME, TIMING) is in Phi gradient.
The Flash Matrix is fixed to Time; it's living in the now moment, but is covering a bigger distance and results in acceleration where the space traveled is increased towards the edge. They are radial Phi Velocity Gradient.
We need to combine them both to make the Space AND Time Antenna complete.
This perpendicular combination of fields is also what Bashar said we are going to use for Time Travel in the future, it's opening a gate to other octaves and realms.
Together they create "A compendium octave change".
"A compendium octave change means a system change. That system shift is accessed through a harmonic geodesic concordance."
Here is what each term means precisely:
Compendium octave change — not a single frequency jumping up one octave, but the entire range of speeds within a system shifting together into an adjacent system. The whole orchestra moving registers, not one instrument.
System change — when the octave jump occurs, everything changes simultaneously. It is not a gradual transition. The field either belongs to one octave system or it does not. Like water changing to steam — not partly water and partly steam, but a threshold crossing after which the entire character of the field is different.
Harmonic — relating to frequencies that are mathematically related by whole number ratios or the Phi ratio. Not random frequencies, but frequencies that belong together as a coherent family — like the notes of a chord that reinforce each other rather than clash.
Geodesic — the most efficient path between two points across a curved surface. In geometry a geodesic is the shortest possible route. Here it means the field does not waste energy finding its way between octave systems — it follows the path of least resistance defined by the geometry itself. Your Phi-ratio cone literally builds the geodesic path into copper.
Concordance — agreement between multiple elements simultaneously. Not one frequency matching, but the entire internal structure of the device being in agreement with the adjacent field system at the same moment. Like a key that only turns when every pin of the lock aligns at once.
Put together: the system shift to a higher octave does not happen by force or by simply increasing power. It happens when the device's internal geometry achieves precise harmonic agreement along the most efficient geometric path — at which point the transition occurs naturally, as a threshold event, not gradually. Your cone's 7.5-octave Phi-ratio frequency structure is the physical implementation of exactly that condition.
