Finally stopped losing weekend leads
Hi everyone! Have really been struggling with weekend lead follow-up recently. Also, over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how in the world I was going to respond to Saturday night leads without being glued to my phone, and I know a lot of agents here have been too.
Anyway, I was messing around with this and I think I've got it. Wanted to share in case it helps (less than $30/month):
- Set up free Zapier account
- Connect your lead form (Zillow, website, Facebook ads)
- Connect to your phone via Twilio ($1 to start)
- Create automation: New lead → Instant text with your Calendly link
Now when leads come in at 9pm Friday, they get a response in 2 minutes and can book themselves.
I went from losing 3-4 weekend leads to booking 80% of them.
Setup took about an hour.
