Custom CRM for Managing Leads

Hi, anyone here use a custom CRM tool to manage their leads?

I have recently been exploring GoHighLevel and I like it a lot. Yes, you can setup webpage, run funnels, setup campaigns and all these cool things.

But, even at it's core, you can add contacts, setup follow-up automation via email or sms. I wanted to build calendar booking and Receptionist agents. so, I started working on Voice and Conversation AI agents, added company knowledge to the agents, so they don't hallucinate. Overall, they are quite impressive.

I feel like I am just scratching the surface. Curious, has anyone used this tool or something similar? If so, for what kind of use cases?
