14-day Wellness Challenge Starts June 15!
See today's LIVE Replay below! I’m so excited to announce that starting Monday, June 15th, we’re kicking off a 14-day wellness challenge! Over these two weeks, we’re going to level up in every aspect—mentally, spiritually, physically, and financially—as we hold ourselves accountable and push toward our goals. I’ll be sharing my six daily habits that I swear by: meditation, visualization, journaling, working out, affirmations, and reading or listening to an audiobook daily. And for those of us with businesses, we’ll also be sharing on social media to boost each other’s growth. I can’t wait to do this with you all—let’s have fun, stay inspired, and lift each other up!
