Easy Weekend “Challenge”
Hey everyone! It’s been a little while. Hope your wholesaling journey is going well. If you’ve hit a roadblock or have questions, message me here anytime. I’m happy to help. Here’s a weekend challenge. Try one of these three things to move your business forward:
1) Drive for dollars and jot down 10 distressed properties.
2) Follow up with 10 motivated sellers you’ve already talked to.
3) Build your buyers list by collecting10 new contacts from bandit signs, networking meetups, or real estate Facebook groups.
