Think of it as a gentle way to start your week: no pressure, no perfection, just a moment to pause and check in with yourself. For those of us with ADHD, mindfulness doesn't have to mean sitting still for 20 minutes or clearing your mind completely. It simply means noticing - what's happening in your body, your thoughts, and your week - without judgment. Even 60 seconds of intentional awareness can shift the energy of your entire day.
