For those of us with ADHD, mindfulness doesn't have to mean sitting still for 20 minutes or clearing your mind completely. It simply means noticing - what's happening in your body, your thoughts, and your week - without judgment. Even 60 seconds of intentional awareness can shift the energy of your entire day.
