New Member Intro

Hi there! I don't think I've introduced myself yet so here we go. Hi! I'm Laura. I am based in Ottawa, Ontario Canada - the capital 🇨🇦 and today a very cold one at that! I recently relocated back here (my hometown) from 🗽 where I was for 8 years. I am an exec-level HR leader who provides fractional VP level people and culture support to clients across media and retail. My sweet spot is companies that are expanding into Canada or the US for the first time.

One area of my business that I'm craving more alignment is getting clearer on my positioning and offers to take the guesswork/agro out of the proposal writing and execution of projects/engagements.

One practice that helps me feel grounded or in my flow is meditation (trying to do this daily now), long walks with my senior rescue, Holly, and spending time with friends and their kids.
