This morning, the heaviness 🫣 of the end-of-year season finally surfaced. Holiday wrap-up Family obligations Business loose ends Moody teens 48-hours of insomnia & brain fog That low-grade chaos that quietly hums in the background this time of year. And Scott looked at me and said, “You don’t deal well with chaos. You kind of run away from it.” And my response was simple: "You're absolutely right!"
