Freebie - 🚧 in process - coloring book
I’m putting my freebie out here for all. My only request: give me some feedback - for my audience: women who are looking for an art piece that expresses their life journey and serves as both a reminder of a life well lived and of the challenges that got them there - does this freebie really say anything? I am thinking about adding to this some questions for reflection on your journey and how you’ve gotten to where you are. Questions for you: 1) is the coloring book sufficient by itself? 2) would the reflections add more? 3) as an additional package - I have been reflecting on creating several mp3s of my own original music as an accompaniment for the coloring book. - should I do in addition to the book and reflections or instead of reflections?

@Patricia Terrell let’s definitely do that - maybe after the holidays?

@Brenda Rigney an excellent question! I am so glad you found that framing helpful. I am really wanting this workbook to help in reflecting on how some of our unlovely or quirky or different parts of our lives are the very things that make our beauty and our success shine and sparkle with our own flavors of personality and passion. That those negative things we have held for so long are also what brings us value in our journeys, despite the pain. How they can be mined for connection and reality, especially in a world so hyper focused on perfection and artificial intelligence that we have forgotten how much value our human experience and flaws bring to the table.

Why Communities Will Beat Social Media by 2026 (And Why This One Already Works)
I want to share something I’ve been noticing and honestly, it’s been a big confirmation for me. I can post valuable content on social media and it barely moves unless I turn it into an ad. But when I share the exact same ideas in here or I other Skool communities the engagement, conversations, and follow-through are on a completely different level. And it’s not an accident. Communities work because everyone here chose to be here. No algorithms. No fighting for attention. No noise. Inside a community: • People read instead of scroll • Questions get asked (and answered) • Connections actually form • Trust builds faster • Action happens This is why I truly believe communities will outperform social media accounts moving into 2026 and beyond. Social is great for visibility. But community is where momentum, clarity, and real growth happen. For me, this isn’t theory it’s already working. Less effort. More engagement. Better conversations. Stronger results. If you’re here, you’re exactly where you need to be. Curious to hear from you 👇 👉 What made you join this community?? Here’s the proof👇

I’m here because I know I need help and wanted to find a group of like-minded people where I can be real about the challenges and successes.
Painful Progress - celebrating all the seasons
Have you ever winced through another explanation of an extremely painful moment in your life as all the feelings rush back to flood your system? You wonder, I thought I dealt with all that? It comes up over and over, despite your success and how you have moved on? You know deep down that you have grown and learned new skills because of that painful period, even though you wonder if it was really “necessary” for that growth. Could there be a way to memorialize both the horrors and joys of the progress you made in your journey? A remembrance. Historically, people have celebrated this with statues, annual celebrations, art, storytelling… what if you could create your own memorial, what would it include? How would you represent your story visually? What rituals would you want to establish to affirm the pain and acknowledge the progress? Isn’t this part of the holiday season many of us celebrate in the winter months? That light conquers darkness and death? What can you do today to remember your light?

@Brenda Rigney so important to embrace all the things that make you you! I hope you have an absolutely delightful time with your daughters. I haven’t been in Mexico for a very long time.

I’ve lived an adventurous life in 50 countries with lots of rough edges and mountaintops. I translate this into art on silk, art & wellness workshops
