~ I think this is right, but I purposefully put A LOT of effort into collaboration - because I know what it's like to be cast to the side and left unheard.

I deeply want everyone who fits within a group (I worded it that way, bc let's be real - we don't all fit into every group & that's a GOOD thing, otherwise we wouldn't need more than 1 group to work/play in!), but I want everyone who takes a seat at each specific table to have their time to shine, and be given the same opportunities to work & grow (and lead) as everyone else (not just "including" me, but ESPECIALLY me when I'm "the leader").

And, I want those who recognize a particular group isn't for them to have made AT LEAST one connection that will help them find the right group for them! I hope that for us all.
