Last week, I did something that felt both strategic and deeply personal.
I transferred ownership of my “faceless” Skool community to my primary account and rebranded it.
Before the rebrand I had 93 midlife woman in the community, — all of whom joined through a faceless Instagram account. Now they are joining from both my faceless instagram and my original instagram.
I can say that being faceless is safe. Being visible changes the energy.
On the tech-side it was not so hard - I got good support from Skool.
Here’s what actually mattered in this transition:
1️⃣ Ownership changes authority, not just admin rights
When your name is on the community, members subconsciously recalibrate. They’re no longer following “content” — they’re following you. That shift alone raises trust and expectations.
2️⃣ Rebranding is emotional, not just visual
A new name or identity isn’t about fonts and colors. It’s about alignment. 3️⃣ Visibility introduces nervous system work
Going from faceless → visible isn’t a marketing move .For me it was an identity expansion. 4️⃣ The community didn’t reset — I did
The members didn’t suddenly expect a different experience. I did.
This shift matters to me because it brings my inner and outer goals into the same lane. Who I am becoming and the business I’m growing no longer need separate strategies.
That kind of alignment changes how you lead.
