👋 Welcome New Members — I’m so glad you’re here
You’ve just joined a community created for conscious women business owners who want to increase their visibility, productize their expertise, and build real momentum in their business. Between now and March 30th, when we host our next summit, this community is especially focused on visibility, connection, and collaboration — learning how to build relationships and create aligned collaborations right here on Skool, especially with other community hosts and leaders. This isn’t about guessing your next step It's about showing up with intention and letting momentum build. Here’s how to get started: 👉 Start with the Leaderboard Visibility Challenge This isn’t about competition — it’s about participation. Every action you take inside the community helps you unlock trainings, tools, and visibility opportunities as you move through the levels. 👉 Check the calendar You’ll find workshops, calls, and sessions designed to support your visibility, confidence, and clarity around your offers. 👉 Most importantly: Connect If you’re new and at Level 1, introduce yourself using the template attached in the comments👇. This is one of the easiest ways to start conversations, comment on posts, and begin building real connections — while naturally increasing your activity on the leaderboard. This community spans the globe, and the relationships you build here often become the most valuable part of the experience. Use this space Be visible. Get involved. I’m really glad you’re here — welcome. 💫

You already have experience. You already have the insight. Now it’s time to simplify, position yourself clearly, and grow with focus. Inside this summit and community, visibility is strategic — not performative. We focus on productizing your expertise, building traffic and community, using AI as leverage, and monetizing Skool communities without adding complexity or burnout. Interested in being Speaker? @Brenda Rigney can’t wait!
The woman who “has it all together” is often the most exhausted.
As this year closes out, I want to name something that often goes unspoken. I see you. The woman who gets things done. The one people count on. The one who carries responsibility, solves problems, and keeps moving, even when she’s tired. From the outside, it probably looks like you have it all together. And in many ways, you do. But here’s the honest, human part. Sometimes the very things you’re great at are the things quietly draining you. Not because you’re weak. Not because you can’t handle it. But because you’ve been carrying a lot, often without slowing down long enough to take inventory. Before resolutions, goals, or “new year, new you” energy, I’m inviting a pause. No pressure. No performance. 💫 What’s something you’re really good at—but secretly exhausted by? Grateful to be in spaces like this as we step into a new year together 💜

@Anna McLain yes!! And that is such a huge shift!! Then it’s easier to know what you need or at least ask the right questions to figure it out!

@B. l MacGregor love that it resonates! Exactly!! And it can be hard to accept that sometimes bc of how we’ve been conditioned and past experiences.
Some of the most meaningful moments are the ones we forget to notice.
A simple practice we’ve loved as a family. Every January, we start what we call a “Jar of Good Things.” All year long, anyone can drop in a note, something good that happened, a small win, a moment worth remembering. No rules. No pressure. Just noticing. Today, Jan 1st, we opened it and read them all together. What always stands out most isn’t just the big moments. It was how much meaning lived in the small ones, the kinds of moments that easily get forgotten in the fast pace of life. It’s a simple reminder that slowing down, even briefly, helps us remember how much there actually is to be grateful for and how much good had, is, and will happen again. Curious if anyone else does something like this, or is thinking about starting.

@Anna McLain it’s incredible!! You not only remember and can even like “relive” the little moments, but feel how “good” life is, and just makes you so grateful. And I think it’s soo important for the kiddos to learn this early… want them to know and practice being grateful for all our blessings. It a whole energy shift!

@B. l MacGregor thank you! It’s our kiddos favorite thing to do! They always ask as soon as the “Christmas season starts” to do it early! 😂
☎️ Hello 2026 - I’m No Longer Available for Chaos
This morning, the heaviness 🫣 of the end-of-year season finally surfaced. Holiday wrap-up Family obligations Business loose ends Moody teens 48-hours of insomnia & brain fog That low-grade chaos that quietly hums in the background this time of year. And Scott looked at me and said, “You don’t deal well with chaos. You kind of run away from it.” And my response was simple: "You're absolutely right!" At 56, I don’t want chaos in my life anymore. ❌ I don’t want to white-knuckle family obligations when my body is asking for rest. ❌ I don’t want to stress over my business because I need to hustle out one more offer just to hit a number. ❌ I don’t want to feel behind, guilty, or irresponsible for honoring my energy. This is the season of life where I want to feel at ease with my decisions. Fulfilled by my relationships. Spacious in my calendar. Free to travel, explore, and rejuvenate when I’m tired. I want to start client calls at 11am if I’ve been dealing with insomnia for five days —and feel zero guilt about it. Because at this stage of life? I don’t need a medal for persevering. I don’t need a trophy for another hack-a-thon. I don’t need flowers for surviving. I’ve already earned the right to choose what good looks like. And here’s the part I want to say clearly — especially to the women reading this: We do not need to acquiesce to chaos. We do not need to wear over-responsibility as a badge of honor. We do not need to earn rest by exhausting ourselves. And we certainly don’t need to build businesses that punish us for having a life. This is exactly why I built the Aligned AF Life & Business Mastermind. Not as another push. Not as another performance arena. But as a container for women who are done confusing chaos with commitment. Inside this mastermind, we build businesses that: ✨ Generate recurring, predictable revenue ✨ Don’t rely on adrenaline or constant launches ✨ Are grounded in lived experience — not proving ✨ Support real life, real bodies, real seasons
