It helps us quickly see where energy is aligned—and where it may be leaking.
Ask yourself two questions:
1. What do I currently believe about myself?
Not what you hope is true, but what your inner dialogue and patterns reflect.
2. What do I want to believe about myself?
Choose the belief that feels supportive, expansive, and steady.
Now pause.
Instead of overthinking, let yourself feel what it would be like to live from that belief.
Notice the emotion.
Allow your spirit to be renewed as you sit with it.
When belief and emotion shift, your inner world changes—and your outer world begins to follow.
