I've been reflecting back on something that Alice taught me a few months ago: taking 100% accountability for any given situation that I find myself in. This entails avoiding self-victimization, but rather knowing my rights and communicating effectively so that my needs are met. That's something that all of us deserve - having our needs met in any setting that we step into. Anywhere we offer our voice and energy, we deserve respect in turn. It's a basic human right. Effective communication is key, and I'm glad to be learning it here from Alice with like-hearted individuals. The A.L.I.C.E.
