I've been reflecting back on something that Alice taught me a few months ago: taking 100% accountability for any given situation that I find myself in. This entails avoiding self-victimization, but rather knowing my rights and communicating effectively so that my needs are met. That's something that all of us deserve - having our needs met in any setting that we step into. Anywhere we offer our voice and energy, we deserve respect in turn. It's a basic human right. Effective communication is key, and I'm glad to be learning it here from Alice with like-hearted individuals. The A.L.I.C.E. Method includes principles that aid anyone who is seeking to master accountability, like Active Listening and Embodied Authority. I'm looking forward to learning even more about these when I take the leap into the 30-Day Communication Reset :)
