Who are you?

So I’ve been in a bit of an avoidant pattern with my feelings lately, hiding behind food and doom scrolling social media. I know this is just my body giving me the signal to listen to it, but I’ve been fearful to confront it. I’m finally sitting with myself at the moment and this question came to mind and I was curious as to how others answer this question.

If you met someone and they asked, “who are you?”, what would you say? Maybe your name, but if they ask again, then what is your next response? Just meditating on this at the moment and wondering what others come up with when the question comes to mind.
