Hi, everyone! I am about to sit down and meditate, third day «streak», but I have never really done it before and I have no idea what I am doing. I try to take your advice Chris on not being to strict with myself if any thoughts or stress pop up, and I try to just sit there with my eyes closed, breathing slowly for 10 mins. But I would love to hear some more tips or advice from more experienced meditators! 🧘🏼♀️ Thankyou in advance! 🌸
