just closed a calisthenics coach $500 set up + 30% comission. He is already making 8k/mo. whilst booking 5 appointments/mo. (50% close rate) We will book him 5 appointments/day It's gonna be an amazing year! I also feel like I did a really good job on a call, we had a nice pattern interrupt (did some calisthenics skills on the call) I handled his objections, reassured him and hyped him up. Here's the meeting: https://www.loom.com/share/1ce944d6b2f44f2a8eedfdd1ead9af0b Let's goooo guys!!!

$4,000 deal closed 🥳
Hey everyone, monthly revenue: $4,550 + 30% rev share Over the past few months, I’ve been rethinking how I structure my agency because I had a hard time scaling and typically hit a ceiling of $6k to $8k per month. The main problems were: 1. I didn’t charge enough. 2. I spread myself too thin by saying yes to any project that came my way. I dropped my two clients and decided to stick with one $550 per month client, which was a bit of a risk. However, it has paid off. This is a client I previously worked with who likes the direction I’m going in and needs help with the following (see below) job summary newsletter, manychat automation, n8n chatbot via IG, email marketing, SMM, GHL (email flows) p.s. im a newsletter guy but the following ^ is a big part of pushing traffic from TOF over to a founders email list (check mine out here https://treheart.com/) advice · utilize your existing network something as simple as "hi [name] i do x thing know anyone interested" yes its that simple. · be careful not dumping excessive amounts of time into content its like building a second business. its not easy, and you dont wanna half ass it · do your upwork apps please · if you dont know what to do (do more upwork apps) · reach out to ppl a few steps ahead of you (the network inside here is absurd use it) outreach method: existing network

Hey guys, just closed another client. 2k followers on insta + 1.63k on yt. Closed on 30% comission + he'll cover all the funnel building systems. Nothing crazy, but he already charges 3k for 6 months PIF and has closed 5 clients, so I feel like we could step in and help him out a bit, not gonna be raining dollars from the sky, but a good experience hopefully. It was a weird call, I actually thought we didn't close him when he said he HAS to think about it. If anyone is curious, you can check it out: https://www.loom.com/share/61aca4adb312418489d8f3d74c164301 Keep killing it guys!

Outreach
I’ve been doing voice message/loom outreach in insta, and honestly, I’ve been getting overwhelmingly positive responses. Contrary to what most people do (and what Trey recommended me to do in terms of the loom video format), I don’t just go over my system, leave them hungry and wanting to hop on the call. I come off in the voice message being very non pushy, and in the loom, just being like a chill guy, giving them honest feedback. I know that the format Trey suggested for me would definitely work for big, well established, serious business owners, but when I’m reaching out to some smaller/younger prospects, They really leave me positive messages, like traders, fitness coaches/nutrition coaches, ai automation etc. (And yes, they’re actually making money, not hundreds of thousands, but they know their trade) What I discovered in this business journey is that you don’t want to be just another fish in the sea, copying what others are doing and delivering it in a slightly different packaging. People are responding to me, saying-you sound like a genuine guy, I think I’d like to work with you some day for sure. And also, we closed a guy on commission, to whom I sent like a 12min long video, playing some rocky music and doing some handstand push ups. This helped me stand out from the crowd. That’s exactly what I’m working on right now, trying to find a blue ocean, create my own space and not just be another “copywriter” or growth operator. I’m trying to see how can I make my content really stand out: I can solve rubick’s cubes in 15secs. I can juggle. I can do hspu/muscle ups. I love to talk and share my experiences. These are some of the things I’ll be trying to leverage in my content. I want to take some of the skills/hobbies I have and put them to good use, I want to stand out. If you guys have any potential video ideas/hooks that come to your mind which I could use in content where I share some business advice coupled with some of the things I listed above, lmk!
