overview
Parents came down to visit today they're looking for a new place, so I spent most of the day with them. Not a ton got done but I still managed to finish up the new client's project and knock out some IG outreach. Sent 30 messages got about 4 conversations going. Also followed up with a hot lead I had a call with earlier this week. Considered waiting until Monday, but figured why not just shoot over some value now.
