Finally convinced a client to let me use AI for their weekly email drafts. Used to take me 3–4 hours, now I got it down to about 1.5 (still editing a lot though).
Curious—how are you guys pricing this kind of work when AI speeds things up?
Do you charge based on time saved or still per task/value?
