TPA Runway Preference
@John Molnar As an A320 pilot at TPA, do you prefer Runway 1L for departures when possible, and how do the voluntary preferential runway use program and noise abatement procedures actually affect your runway choices day-to-day? Thanks in advance !

A320
@John Molnar On the A320, how do you find the difference in flare technique or ground effect between the short-body A319 and the longer A321 compared to the standard A320? Thanks in advance !
Regional to Major Question
Hey guys, thanks for putting this together. I want to live in Atlanta, so naturally I'm hoping to work for Delta. Do you think I need to specifically target one of their regionals, or will any regional work for getting the right experience?
