Hi guys, just wanted to share my experience with getting my first few deals for my agency, it took a combination of warm and cold outreach that enabled me to get my first 3 interested prospects. 1. Built a website for a plumber who also agreed to introduce me to his warm network of electricians, builders carpenters etc. 2. Reached out to a plumber who was struggling to manage admin work (spending an entire working day just on invoicing), got him to send me his business information and will be scheduling a second call with him to discuss the build. 3. My biggest one; managed to get in touch with the owner of a marketing agency. After meeting with him in person and showing him my work, he got hyped. Gave me two projects to build just for his business and agreed to refer me clients in the future in exchange for a commission.
