Introduce yourself 👇
Welcome in. This community is where we show everything we're learning building AI systems for real businesses. The wins, the fails, the exact systems, all of it. First thing to do: drop an intro in the comments so we know who we're talking to. 1. Who you are and where you're from 2. What you do (your business, your job, or what you're building) 3. Where you're at with AI (never touched it, playing with ChatGPT, or already building stuff) 4. The one thing you wish AI could do for you That last one matters most. The best content in here gets made from what you all actually ask for. I'll go first. I'm Jake from Charlotte NC, I am 20, a D1 college football player, and I run LeadLock AI, where we build custom AI systems for business owners. Closed a client yesterday off a system that we have up in the classroom. Everything I figure out along the journey of scaling my business gets posted here first, looking forward to getting to meet y'all! Your turn. Drop your intro below 👇

What technical skills do US companies actually need right now?
Been working with software systems for more than 10 years, mostly around backend, cloud, AI, automation, and product development. One thing I’ve learned, knowing a programming language alone usually isn’t enough. The harder part is understanding the actual business. How to automate work that’s still manual. Connect systems that don’t work well together. Build AI into real workflows. Keep the backend stable when usage grows. Deal with data scattered across different tools. These are the kinds of problems I’ve spent a lot of time working on here in Japan. But I’m curious about the US side. For people running companies in the US, what technical skills are becoming difficult to find? And what skills do you think companies will need more of over the next few years?

Just shipped: AI Receptionist for auto dealerships
Excited to share an update on a project I've been building — an AI-powered receptionist for auto dealership showrooms. The problem it solves: dealerships lose leads constantly because no one answers fast enough — after-hours calls go to voicemail, web leads sit overnight, and by the time someone follows up, the customer's already talking to a competitor. What it does: → Answers calls & chat instantly, 24/7 → Qualifies leads (vehicle interest, trade-in, timeline) → Books test drives/appointments straight into the calendar → Checks live inventory availability → Auto-follows up on cold leads so nothing slips through → Hands off warm leads to a real rep with full context I've built it out for a client and it's now live in the testing phase — running real calls, measuring response times and booked appointments before we roll it out further. More updates soon as the pilot data comes in. Happy to answer questions if anyone's exploring something similar in their own niche 👇

My first 3 deals in 3 weeks
Hi guys, just wanted to share my experience with getting my first few deals for my agency, it took a combination of warm and cold outreach that enabled me to get my first 3 interested prospects. 1. Built a website for a plumber who also agreed to introduce me to his warm network of electricians, builders carpenters etc. 2. Reached out to a plumber who was struggling to manage admin work (spending an entire working day just on invoicing), got him to send me his business information and will be scheduling a second call with him to discuss the build. 3. My biggest one; managed to get in touch with the owner of a marketing agency. After meeting with him in person and showing him my work, he got hyped. Gave me two projects to build just for his business and agreed to refer me clients in the future in exchange for a commission. Can't thank Zack enough for his content and business advice, keep grinding!

Welcome to the AI AgentHQ! Here's what to do first 👋
Hi & welcome Want to get the most out of this place? Read this post all the way to the end. 1. What is AI AgentHQ? To make a long story short, its the home for AI Sales/Business. The market is flooded with backend builds/tutorials, but it's almost impossible to find a community focused around building AI Agencies/businesses, selling AI systems, and actually making money. That's exactly why I built this place. Whether you're brand new and haven't sold a thing yet, or you already have clients and want to scale, you're in the right room. My goal is simple: help you land real deals and build a business you're proud of. Everything you need is already here for free. The classroom walks you through it step by step, the community is full of people doing the exact same thing, and I'm around to help. So don't just lurk. Introduce yourself, post your wins, ask your questions, and actually use it. Let's get to work. 🚀
