New Video to Build a Demo Homepage
I recorded a new video showing how to quickly create a home page demo you can take a screenshot of, and send it to someone who doesn't have a website. You can watch it here: Website Demo Video. This is what we talked about yesterday on our weekly call... Instead of telling someone, "I want to build you a website", or "can I build you a website?", we tell them, "I already built you a website, here it is, take a look!". This does the same thing the postcards do... and btw, they went out in the mail today, so stay tuned! Nick

Video Script to Send with an AI Demo
Here's an outline plus video example of how to make a short video to send someone along with a customized AI demo. They only need to be 3-4 minutes long. You can send these cold without any prior communications, when someone has completed the form at aisprinkled.com/voice , or after someone agrees to watch it. (after a "do you want me to make it?" offer) You will also include a short message with the link to the demo, and the link to our sales page with the 3 videos. You need to create the custom AI demo first. If you don't have the software yet, reach out to me and I'll create it for you. You could probably also create one generic demo and video for a niche and send that, but the customization for THEIR business, and them seeing THEIR name and logo shows them you're not just some spammer, and you actually took the time to learn about them and do work for them for free. In this video example, I messaged him and asked him if I could build him a demo. His ONLY reply was "ok". I have not talked to him since that. Here is a rough outline. You need to edit this a bit, depending on the prior communications. It's also important to share your screen so they can SEE their name and logo in the attachment and creates curiosity. if the video or link is NOT showing your screen when you attach it, then take a screenshot of the screen. Them seeing their logo/name will get them to open it. In some cases you'll send this by email. If you met them in Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., then send directly through the platform so they can STAY ON the platform. (if it's possible, sometimes it may not be) You can make these for free with Google Videos, Loom, or Zoom. I use Zoom. It comes with all the features needed to share and record for around $15 a month. Google and Loom are free, but I am not familiar with the limitations. Steps: -Personalize - Say something at the start to personalize the message. How you met, recalling a past conversation, a post they made in a group somewhere, etc.. EXAMPLE: "Hey NAME, I loved your post in the rent-a-chef group about homemade soups, and it made me want to reach out".

Email sent for free website
Here is the email people get after they order a website. I'm adding a text sequence soon as well. Both will continue sending information about us regularly, offer other lead magnets, and eventually pitch our products. So know that once you get someone a website, we will continue to market to them. Hello, NAME, Thanks for letting us serve you by designing a new website for COMPANY NAME! We'll get to work designing and building it, and send you a link to take a look as soon as we're done. Depending on our workload, it can take anywhere from a few days to two weeks, so please be patient. Keep in mind, this offer is for local service businesses and contractors. If you've submitted a reply for a website for a retail location or e-commerce business, it will not be completed. We may have some questions as we go. If so, we'll reach out by email. IMPORTANT: A website needs to have a domain attached to it... or its "www address". If you have one already, please reply to this email, and we'll coordinate getting it pointed in the right direction, so it shows the new site when clicked. If you do not have one yet, let us know that as well, and we'll send you instructions on setting one up. (the cost is around $15 a year) In the meantime, if you have any questions, need further assistance, or have any special requests, feel free to reply and ask away. A real person will answer. Promise! Happy to serve you, Deacon Nick AI Sprinkled aisprinkled.com

Can someone test this?
I don't want to 'change' our scripts, but I would like to ask a couple of you to try something a little different. I've done this in the past and had success. Sometimes if you don't message people to sell them, but instead, you message them to ask for feedback (or help) it works well. You walk them through what you're doing, and ask honest questions. "Is anything missing?" "Does this make sense to you?", "I haven't decided how to explain this, got any ideas?". It lets you plant a seed. Even if nothing comes of it right now, that person now knows what you do. Months later when they need it, or someone they know does, you're the name that comes up. You're not asking for the sale, you're just starting the conversation, getting feedback, and quietly building the connections that pay off down the line. This can work for giving away website, or the demo. I modified the demo script below, if someone wants to send this to 20-30 people and let me know if anything comes from it I'd appreciate it. (I'll try it too) MESSAGE ONE: Hey [NAME] I was looking at [COMPANY NAME] and wondered if you may be able to help me out with some feedback? (I want to build something for you) A lot of [NICHE] can't answer every call that comes in for one reason or another. Customers leave a message, but most still call a competitor because they want to get it handled. I built a missed-call AI for [NICHE] and will customize it to work for [BIZ NAME]. If I do the work, will you call it and pretend you're a customer and talk to it? Ask questions, be difficult maybe, lol. I'm looking for feedback on the quality of the AI, the voice, accuracy, etc.. Is this something you would be willing to do? (then give honest feedback) I'm asking a few real [NICHE] to do it because you actually know how it "should" sound and reply. Can I send over the link? [YOUR NAME] MESSAGE 2, after 24 hours: Me again :) I wanted to follow up to see if you may be able to help me out with some feedback... it won't take 10 minutes

How to use Facebook Ad Library to find leads...
This is a strategy on using ads that other people have ran to find warm leads... people who would be good to target. I should have found some examples earlier instead of doing it live, it would have been better training and shorter, but this shows the real way to do it... maybe try the steps on their own before watching the video, or use the video for reference. (I'm not real happy how it came out tbh) Here's the actual steps: 1. The Strategy Breakdown - Look at Competitor Ads: Go to the Facebook Ad Library to find businesses selling to the same people we sell to. Copy and paste a sentence from the ad into "search" in the Facebook feed and look at ads and posts that pop up in your feed. Your search will trigger similar posts and ads to come up. - Target the "Gurus": Find coaches, product sellers, trainers, etc in our niche. Look for ads and posts or recent content where they are promoting their products or teaching marketing. Look for posts or ads with a LOT of likes or comments, then find people commenting and asking questions. - Identify Pain Points: Scroll through the comments to find people explicitly asking for help, struggling with a specific roadblock, or expressing they love the idea or even frustration. Check out their profile to justify they could be a good target. - The Outreach: Reach out via Direct Message (DM). Keep it helpful, not salesy.
