How to use Facebook Ad Library to find leads...
This is a strategy on using ads that other people have ran to find warm leads... people who would be good to target. I should have found some examples earlier instead of doing it live, it would have been better training and shorter, but this shows the real way to do it... maybe try the steps on their own before watching the video, or use the video for reference. (I'm not real happy how it came out tbh)
Here's the actual steps:
1. The Strategy Breakdown
  • Look at Competitor Ads: Go to the Facebook Ad Library to find businesses selling to the same people we sell to. Copy and paste a sentence from the ad into "search" in the Facebook feed and look at ads and posts that pop up in your feed. Your search will trigger similar posts and ads to come up.
  • Target the "Gurus": Find coaches, product sellers, trainers, etc in our niche. Look for ads and posts or recent content where they are promoting their products or teaching marketing. Look for posts or ads with a LOT of likes or comments, then find people commenting and asking questions.
  • Identify Pain Points: Scroll through the comments to find people explicitly asking for help, struggling with a specific roadblock, or expressing they love the idea or even frustration. Check out their profile to justify they could be a good target.
  • The Outreach: Reach out via Direct Message (DM). Keep it helpful, not salesy.
