I'm so excited about our group and what we're doing together! Feel free to DM me if I can help in any way, but if it's a question that can help others, post it publicly so we can all learn together. This is our team home... you'll find scripts and training at the "Classroom" links at the top of the page, and our weekly team meeting info on the "Calendar". GETTING STARTED: 1- Go to our affiliate signup page here, and register to get the link you will promote. This will track every click to you. It's not a short link, but as soon as you show you are getting a minimal amount of traffic to the site, remind me, and I'll create you a shortened link, something like aisprinkled. com/hero. Test the links in a new browser and make sure they're working. 2- Check the "Calendar" link at the top of the page, and add our weekly team meeting to your personal calendar, schedules, etc.. Attendance is required. If you're not early, you're late. 3- Go to our classroom ("Classroom" at the top of the page) and watch all of the training and courses. This is where any questions about "how do we sell?" will be answered, you'll find our "6-Steps to a Sale" script, and more. This will be expanded and added to on a regular basis. 4- Familiarize yourself with our two lead magnets, (what we give people for free before trying to sell anything, to start a relationship) as well as the Missed Call AI Demo. The free contractor peer group can be found at skool.com/4contractors , and the local directory is at mesaatyourservice.com . There are scripts and instructions in the "courses" area explaining how to open a conversation with these. In addition, familiarize yourself with the missed call attendant. This is our tool that texts a caller after they leave a phone message. This tool can make a service company thousands of extra dollars a month.

Hello my friends! I wanted to share some new training material that will help you sell more services... please READ ALL of these new posts in the training section! I will also be re-recording videos teaching the sales script, (to include the info below) posting telephone cold-call training for those who want to pick up the phone, and making videos of me doing outreach myself, for you to watch. With the new tools below, as long as you WORK, you'll make money. Here is what I added: -30-Day Plan! This shows you exactly what to do, and how to start getting conversations QUICKLY! Follow this plan, and you cannot fail! These are our 2 new lead magnets below, and will make it much easier to start a conversation! Choose ONE of the 2 options below, don't lump them both into 1 call, unless the person is VERY receptive. -The Contractor Directory - This shows you exactly how to reach out to them to invite them to be featured on the "At Your Service!" website, and what to say. Only talk to people in and around Mesa, Arizona! -Contractor Skoolkit - This is the peer group you invite them to, to break the ice. You can copy what is on this page for your message. Drive people to the demo, and you'll generate interest... -The Missed Call Attendant/AI - This is the training showing you how to share the info and get the person to test the demo. How to invite contractors to the directory!
When you're letting contractors know about Mesa At Your Service, it's important NOT to tell them how great the site is, but what it will DO FOR THEM! (this is the way to talk about everything) Over time we'll change how we do this as we get more experience, but start with the following... When someone is interested, follow these steps: Do these 5 things: 1 - Tell them about the directory. (see below) 2 - Get their info: Company name -- phone number -- email -- year they opened -- owner name -- what makes them special? (they can tell you or DM/email, but if you want them to message you, they may disappear, so it's BEST to have them give you the info) 3 - Tell them we take a couple of days to do research, confirm information, and make a decision, and you will be back in touch soon. 4 - Wait 2-3 days and contact them again, to tell them they were pre-approved. (Congrats, you were accepted!) 5 - Send them to mesaatyourservice.com/apply OR YOU GO TO the form and ask them the questions. A few days later they will be listed on the home page, and have their OWN inside page that will remain forever. Here is how to approach them... you can do this by DMs or phone. -By DM: Most (add niche) find a lot of the best free leads come from directory referrals. I'm an acct manager from a new contractor directory in Mesa, and we're looking for high-quality service pros to feature on our home page as on of the best (add niche) in the area. Can I submit your company to be considered? -By Email: Hi (name), I'm with Mesa "At Your Service", a high-end directory that was launched in Mesa. A lot of (niche) are frustrated because they don't get many leads from the older, more established directory sites. Since we're new, the first service pros we add will get the most initial exposure and be put in front of the most consumers in your area who are looking for (niche). I've looked at your history a little, and feel your company has a good chance at being accepted. Can I submit (company name) to be considered?

Here's a quick reminder of our team meeting tomorrow... also that it is a reminder that it is about the ONLY thing that has required attendance if you want to remain in the program. (unless you get in touch with me first of course) PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE carefully, as I'm making changes to the program, adding a monthly salary guarantee to help you out, and more. I know, lol... I say it's an important meeting EVERY week... but since we only meet once weekly, they are. I wish we could meet for training and roleplay daily, and while I may consider that in the future to help people who aren't performing, we'll stick to this for now, and I can help people individually for the time being. here's the link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89152972741 Here are the two MOST IMPORTANT changes we'll talk about tomorrow. 1- As long as you make ONE sale, (which is WAY too little, tbh) I have added a $400 guaranteed monthly minimum payment, OR your commission, whichever is higher. There are a few other simple things that are required to be done to get this, I will go into detail in the meeting. 2- The details of ownership. As you know, after a 3-6 month time in training, I am willing to finance you and place you in a position where you will literally own your own digital marketing agency. For some, this may be the only opportunity of this type you'll ever see in your lifetime. (because it won't cost you ANY $) I get the impression some of you don't understand the opportunity that you have to lose here, if you don't take advantage. I could create a course and charge people thousands of $ to learn this from me, as so many others do... however, I choose to hire people and let them work for the opportunity instead of pay for it. Nobody else on the planet is offering this... We will also cover: -A banner on the Mesa: "At Your Service!" directory promoting your services. -A new AI Receptionist service that we will begin to offer. -The 2 lead magnets, and a 3rd - "Try our AI for free for a month".
