I'm so excited about our group and what we're doing together! Feel free to DM me if I can help in any way, but if it's a question that can help others, post it publicly so we can all learn together. This is our team home... you'll find scripts and training at the "Classroom" links at the top of the page, and our weekly team meeting info on the "Calendar". GETTING STARTED: 1- Go to our affiliate signup page here, and register to get the link you will promote. This will track every click to you. It's not a short link, but as soon as you show you are getting a minimal amount of traffic to the site, remind me, and I'll create you a shortened link, something like aisprinkled. com/hero. Test the links in a new browser and make sure they're working. 2- Check the "Calendar" link at the top of the page, and add our weekly team meeting to your personal calendar, schedules, etc.. Attendance is required. If you're not early, you're late. 3- Go to our classroom ("Classroom" at the top of the page) and watch all of the training and courses. This is where any questions about "how do we sell?" will be answered, you'll find our "6-Steps to a Sale" script, and more. This will be expanded and added to on a regular basis. 4- Familiarize yourself with our lead magnets below, (what we give people for free before trying to sell anything, to start a relationship) as well as the Missed Call AI Demo. "Free Forever" Website. We will create a free website for contractors and service businesses. It will be a great looking 1-3 page site, customized to their business. We'll do up to 3 revisions/edits, but they are VERY easy to edit, and they'll be sent a link to a video (in Contractor Skoolkit, of course) showing them how to make edits, add pages, and more. Support will also be available to help them. We will offer 1-time payment upgrades for the websites as well... for example, to add up to 10 additional pages, add AI chat widgets, reviews, optin forms, and more. (stay tuned!)

Here’s a simple outline you can use to get leads from Facebook, LinkedIn, Skool, Reddit, Nextdoor, and similar groups. Giving away our lead magnets is a perfect introduction. If you're posting publicly in the groups. 1. Pick the right groups. Join groups where contractors and service businesses talk about their problems. OR: Groups of localized businesses, like "Chicago Contractors". 2. Lurk first, then engage. Spend a few days commenting on posts, answering questions, and being useful before promoting your offer. 3. Watch for buying signals. Look for people asking for help with websites, leads, branding, booking, or similar comments. This works well when you target people already showing intent or engaging with relevant content. 4. Use a soft offer. Don’t pitch the lead magnet in every comment. 5. Move to DM's naturally. After someone engages, send a short direct message that references their comment and share the offer. This keeps the conversation personal and avoids the spammy feel. - DM: “Saw your post in the group about 123. I’m looking for 2-3 service companies to XYZ. Here's the link.". When sending DM's Directly: 1. Find potential prospects. If they are posting ad images in the groups, find ones who don't have a website shown inside the post. (not the bottom of the barrel, btw) Potential Scripts: There are 2 choices here, either strike up a conversation, OR send your free offer. Conversation: - First DM: “Hey [Name], saw your post in [group] about [problem]." [Ask a Question about the conversation] - Wait for a reply, then: "I help service businesses with a free XYZ, and I thought it might be useful for you. That would be helpful, yes?”. Direct: - Heya... I saw your post, an I noticed your website could do better to draw you in business, since so many people judge your company by your website. I'm looking for a couple local service companies to make free websites for. No strings attached, no credit card etc, I'm looking for feedback.

Here's a reminder of our team mtg on Tuesday. Please put it on your calendar, we do require attendance to qualify for the $400 monthly bonus. Check the calendar here to see your local time. As always, I have a handful of things... including selling to groups, and using social media groups to find leads. (sharing again how I got 2 leads last week out of 6 sends) If you are cold calling by phone, I met someone who is getting 75%+ of the people he speaks to, to take a free offer. He says that EVERY person he talks to takes it, but I don't believe him, lol. See you Tuesday... good things coming! Also, remember the #1 rule = BE ON TIME! If you're not early, you're late. Nick
