I don't know about y'all but I have multiple conversations open with Claude (and sometimes with Chat) and I have a hard time remembering where I left off or if I still need to do something, or if we're still building something together... and then Helen suggested it when I asked her if there was anything she could ask to add to the community.

So here is the prompt and a quick video ↴

Catch me up on this conversation. Summarize what we discussed and organize it into these sections:

What We Covered — Brief summary of the main topics and decisions made

Open Loops — Anything we started but didn't finish, or topics that need follow-up

Decisions Needed — Anything still waiting on my call

Action Items (Mine) — Things I said I'd do or need to do next

Action Items (Claude) — Anything you were building, drafting, or working on that isn't done yet

Where We Left Off — The exact point we stopped so I know where to pick up

Suggested Chat Name — Give me a short, specific name for this conversation that I could scan and immediately know what it's about. Format: [Topic] — [Key Detail]

Keep it short and skimmable. Bold the important stuff.
