Viable Model?
I’m just getting my feet wet in the AI agency business model, but am curious how viable the business model is.
Are there actually small businesses paying $300-$500 per month for simple AI text responders, lead nurture, voice assistants, etc.? Isn’t this all something that they could solve themselves for much cheaper (like hiring a 24/7 remote receptionist company, or using one of the AI voice receptionist options for like $1/call or AI text responder companies for much cheaper)? Just trying to figure out if there is real demand for this type of business model before I dive in more.
Do you by chance have case studies of people making money running their own agency that I could look at?
