Hi Jarid. Once again, great "Ultimate Step-by-Step" video today! I enjoyed the way it was presented as well. Can you share with me the tool you use to create those videos?
Also, do you have a questionaire that you give a potential customer, in advance of an appointment, to gather specific information? Perhaps it might be a good idea to have 2 questionaires: One for some basic info for the intial presentation (demo) for that WOW factor and a 2nd for the actual complete onboarding?
