I call this Dynamic inline prompting. I did a quick 4 minute video to show how this is used and while its a simple little addition it is incredibly powerful! Select a Block of text up to 2000 Characters and in the pop-up menu that shows up there is a new option "Custom Rewrite" . Choose "Custom Rewrite and a window opens showing you the text you selected a drop down with a selection of inline prompts you can create or I can share with you to reuse over and over again OR... Now you can write a short prompt to modify the selected text using the current selected model. It will show you the result and you can choose to retry, close the window, or replace the selected text with the new. AND.... you can use any of the inline prompts from the list as a starter and edit them for your use right now! Examples: Make more tense, add more steam, make this more detailed, I tried adding a couple of extra pictures below but skool wouldn't let me. If you are working now, just refresh the page and it will work.

I'm going to share the answer here for all because this one is thought provoking and disturbing. Without giving too much away he was working on an old Serialized web story that was a bit of a mess and used the import a folder of files to bring everything in and let the story dev team take a crack at organizing and fixing it. Using Deepseek R1 (a reasoning model) take a look at it. He described it to me as having created a virtual binder in its own memory that was not able to get things out of and what was there was piecemeal. He sent the log file of the session to me through the help ticket system. So here's my after-action report as best I can see it. When he told it to send to the Binder...the model didn't know what the WCP Binder was (where we store our files), so it created the idea of a Binder, and gave it a structure and added some of what look like very short summaries, locations, lore, and characters and the more Pat asked them to Export this, send it to the REAL binder or show him the files the harder it tried to do what he asked, it gave the hierarchal storage chart, told him to do a full export would require another program and did give him the OUTPUT of what its virtual markdown files were. He had me intrigued and confused on the call. The best way to deal with this would be to either copy and paste the contents of the entire log file to a scene or note file in the binder and then selectively copy paste the pieces into their own files. The model doesn't know what the parts of the WCP app are. it is in the end just a chat window. The "Insert into Editor", "Create file in Binder" buttons beneath each chat response are how you the human author saves things from the chat log. You can tell them things like "cna i get a complete story bible including everything we agreed on above?" and the skill room team will write a clean answer file into the reponse log above the chat box and then you can "create the file in the binder". Edit anything extraneoous pre and post text they might add and then edit the rest for your needs.

A Yes they do. anything turned on for context gets sent to the skillroom teams. Each genre has its own expert that gets added to the room of personas you are working with. Q I have accidently got some feature turned on that makes folders when I make a new chapter, it puts it in a folder. scared to delete the folder so I just move it each time. A This is actually a feature that is doing some wonky things. When you create a new file of a certain type: world building, character, etc they were supposed to go to their respective folders for organizational purposes.
