I feel like I am failing the group. There I've said it. I was tied up last night and most of today with worky bits and more I really should be doing right now instead of finishing a book or fixing the series counting bug I found in the Binder. And I couldn't stop myself from doing some more research on an upcoming feature because it was hot on my mind and I had to get it out. (Anyone want 3d printable figures of your characters?--bad michael no cookies)

This pic below is the parts of all of this I carry with me every day to work on wherever I may be. My own personal every day carry of guilt and despair. It is so much! So tonight I'm going to bring order to the Chaos. Instead of reading and final edits I'm working on the new roadmap and schedule (that is workable) to start getting out regular training, workflows and feature by feature for WCP and BW. This may take me a day or two.

Tomorrow nights office hours will be as usual any questions you may have, anything I can share and some discussion over what we're going to do together in the next few months. I know many will be busy with BIAM this month

But I need help with priorities. First priority in my mind is a quickstart and onboard video and adding screenshots to the update online manual, fix the hypertext links within it to be more useful. Document every feature, written and video. I'm going to release these to the chats and the classroom.

Second or simultaneously cleanup the classroom and make it make more sense and be more useful. Third is to publish a few more skills at the premium and VIP level and bring more value there for the folks at that level. You are appreciated.

Right now if someone reports a bug I'm fixing it asap. If I know of a bug that doesn't affect function or quality I've been leaving it alone for now and dealing with them in batches.
