The mini-projects are a great way to learn and get community feedback. One small suggestion—adding a button from the mini-project section in the course to the community posting area. It would streamline sharing.

Finally have been able to make some progress on the classroom modules. A ton of great info and interactive courseware. It’s definitely getting my comfortability and creativity up using my GPT (named Merlin as of recently) to reduce the Admin workload of day to day ops!

First courses were very good. I walked through building a business case for a service catalog for a business to build out some management tools feeding from the service catalog. Need to note that you can keep going down a rabbit hole unless you continue to review and analyze what the AI is producing as it will continue to build as long as you keep saying yes to the suggestions it continues to produce from each iteration.

Excellent content in day 2. Very good advice on prompting and ways to improve and make it repeatable.
