WOAH - Cant Follow People?

Hey guys, I followed another aiofm guy's advice and added a bunch of my followers to Close Friends list (added about 250+ or so at the same time) and IG gave me a notification that i cant add any more.

The next day i noticed that I cant follow people, IG gives me a notification saying "Your request is pending. Some accounts prefer to manually review followers even when they're public. Let us know if you think we made a mistake." even though the profiles are public.

My account status is still all green, and im getting 1-1.5k views per reel on average w about 950 followers but i wonder if my reach is getting suppressed and id be getting more?

Also, what should i do about this?
