what do most of you guys do/use for nsfw?

seen a lot of mixed opinions on what to use for nsfw and would just like some clarity, I recently started and hit 100k views one of my reels and have some hq posts which let me gain a good bit of traction. I still have not dropped the link yet because I don't know what i should for for nsfw while also keeping the same type of realism I already have for my posts
