Just started an instagram account but unsure how to grow it.

i started multiple AI influencer accounts in the past and have tried things like liking comments and commenting on other posts and it did help in terms of getting reach but sooner or later i received warnings of it being "bot behaviour" or my comment getting removed which affected my reach and got me shadowbanned. i was not spamming likes or comments maybe like 5-10 a day for a week . Any tips on how to grow my account ?

i have thought of running ads/boosting my first post but i heard a lot of negatives about organic reach plummeting after i stop boosting so i dont really know how to approach it. any advice would be amazing thank you so much <3
