Paid adds = bots ?

This is my most recent post on my account (660 followets not much engagmeny) .

First of all I do some paid adds on my posts ( this is not a paid post btw) , trying to hit America . My only problem is that I get too many Arab accounts or Indian after my payments ( 1 or 2 days after I paid for adds ) . I know for a fact that some of them are bots some are not .

BTW this is my first time hitting that percentage of non-followers .

What are your thoughts? How is it possible to stop being tracked by bots and arab-indian accounts ?
