ai accounts, super fake but get so many followers

So I don't get it, either it is a whole team in India doing the work or what...

My sfw images get 10 views the most.

For example this account https://www.instagram.com/megan.xx.raven More response than I am getting and looks extremely fake.

Is this really a viable thing to work on? There are so many accounts made everyday and if it is India, the man power there we can never have that as a one person.

What is your opinion on this?
