Launching 3 campaigns tomorrow. I'm currently on plusvibe and have 200 mailboxes. Do I add all 200 sending accounts to each of the 3 campaigns or divide them?

just wondering if the leadgen jay should have profile picture? I think I uploaded one when i made the order, but i don't see it when I send myself an email. I know it's not make-or-break but I imagine it's good to have a profile picture along with the email?
