Workshop Replay: Build Your Carousel Studio
Here is the full recording of our June 24 build, plus everything you need to use your tool and keep going. We built personalized carousel makers, in our own brands, in under 60 minutes. @Molly Dowdy even posted hers to Facebook before we finished. That is how fast this is. Watch the replay, then use the quick reference below so you do not have to scrub back through the video to remember a step. In this lesson - The full workshop recording. - Your tool file, attached. Download it, open it in your browser, never in an AI. - Your How To Use It guide, the SOP, attached. The key things to remember These are the moments people forget. Bookmark this lesson so you can come back to them. + Use Duplicate, not Add. This is the speed secret. Duplicate carries every setting forward, your colors, layout, and toggles, so you only change the words. Add gives you a blank slide and makes you start over. Duplicate almost every time. + Set your brand, then keep your tool the right way. Set up your brand once. The tool now remembers it when you reopen the same file. For a permanent copy that opens in your brand on any browser, click Download my tool, open that downloaded file, and bookmark that one. That is your real studio. + Download the moment you love a design. Your slides are not saved until you export. If you refresh or close before exporting, unsaved edits are gone. When a slide looks right, Export PNGs and save it. Aim for 5 to 7 slides. That is the sweet spot for Instagram carousels. Long enough to teach, short enough to hold attention. + Logo tip. A transparent PNG looks cleanest. But if your transparent logo looks odd, upload the regular version and let the tool place it in a box. Sometimes the box looks better. Use whichever fits your logo. Fewer than 4 brand colors? Fill the empty slots with black or white. They go with everything and keep your slides clean. Repurpose every carousel across platforms One build, many posts. Use your exported PNGs for:

πŸ”¬ Welcome to The AI Identity Lab!
You're here because you know your online presence isn't keeping up with who you've become. Good. That's exactly what we fix. This isn't another "learn AI" community. We build here. Your visual identity, your brand presence, your visibility β€” using AI tools that actually work for YOUR business. Here's what you walked into: βœ… Brand DNA system to nail your visual identity from day one βœ… AI Tool Pathway β€” no guessing which tool to use or when βœ… Monthly challenges where you actually BUILD something βœ… Live calls, workshops, and build-with-me sessions The only rule: participate. Lurking doesn't get you clients. Showing up does. Drop a comment and introduce yourself: ➑️ What's your business and who do you help? ➑️ What's your biggest frustration with your online image right now? ➑️ What would change if your brand actually looked like the business you're building? Let's go. πŸ§ͺ

ChatGPT Images are Blowing my Mind
I have started a youtube series and needed thumbnails, these articles on my substack will have a youtube video to go with, which will also share on social, and the video will be embeded in the article also, I wanted this whole flywheel thing to happen with my AI content writing!!! It worked!!! Image on left what Claude created to go with article, middle image chatGPT viral thumbnail attempt, 3rd image w/ my picture inserted!!! Thanks to @Lindsay Hack this took 5 mins, it's the improvment that blows my mind......don't settle for the first go with images from your favorite tool, go to another tool and adapt!!!

YES!! Love the working in layers here. Start with one image, make a change, evaluate and make another change. This is perfect and love the image. Your sad + frustrated face is awesome.

🎱 QUESTIONS
Chatters Drifting
Anyone else having to edit their images even more in Chat? Seems to be drifting more than it did a month ago for me!

Agreed!! If I am using it for too long, it gets crazy. Try shutting it down and waiting a bit. That helps. Also, in July, this is exactly what we are doing an image audit inside chat.

@Becky Nieves Exactly. The classic IT Help Desk - turn it off and on again. No just close the tab, restart your computer. Give it a few minutes and start again.
Monthly Onboarding Call Recap β€” June 29
What We Covered Three real questions from real members. Here is what came out of today's call. 1. Overwhelmed Before You Start? Do This First. If you are juggling the AI Identity Lab and other programs at the same time, do not try to do everything at once. Start with the Carousel Studio workshop replay. It is 58 minutes, you can watch it at speed, and Molly built her tool in under 20 minutes. You will have a reusable content asset running while you are still doing your foundational work in the background. One thing, moving, posting. That is the strategy. Your action: Watch the Carousel Studio workshop replay and build your tool before you touch anything else. 2. Getting Print-Quality Images from ChatGPT ChatGPT images default to a 1024x1024 or 4x5 portrait ratio, which is great for social media and not great for print. Two things that help: In your prompt, use words like: - 8K detail - Ultra high resolution - Commercial photography quality - Sharp focus - Hyper realism These do not guarantee a specific pixel count, but they signal to the model what quality you need and make a measurable difference. For printing: Do not download and re-upload. Create your image, bring it into Canva, then share the Canva link directly with your printer. Downloading degrades quality. The link preserves it. For platform-specific sizing (LinkedIn banner, etc.): Ask ChatGPT to resize the image for the exact dimensions before you export. It will handle the resize at generation quality rather than stretching a small image into a large frame. 3. Annual AI Subscriptions: Stop Buying Them If you are not using a tool regularly and love it, cancel it. The AI landscape is moving too fast for annual commitments to make sense. Lindsay canceled four AI subscriptions in the last two months. Tools that were the recommendation six months ago are no longer the recommendation today. Buy monthly. Test. If you love it and use it, keep it. If not, cut it. What Came Up in the Room Chris shared her workflow for creating an AI video of her cat Mollike using ChatGPT for images, C-Dance and Omni for video, and Galaxy for voiceover.
