The Q3 Accountability Thread
This is where plans stop being private.
Q3 is already underway and if your plan for this quarter still lives in your head, it is not a plan. It is a mood. Moods evaporate by August. Written goals with numbers and dates do not.
So here is the deal. Drop your three goals for the quarter below:
Identity: who shows up in your content. Your face, your likeness, your visual self.
Visibility: where you post, how often, through what date. A number and a platform, not "be more consistent."
Revenue: the visual asset that supports what you are selling this quarter.
One goal each. If it has no number and no date, rewrite it before you post it.
